Responsibilities: To contact debtors regarding delinquent accounts and discuss solutions to resolve delinquency. Duties include: maintaining an inventory of accounts, calling debtors, skip-tracing, asset searches, analyzing accounts and making recommendations regarding legal action. Proper telephone etiquette and strong communication skills are imperative. Problem solving skills, knowledge of office computer programs and internet applications are a must. Must have the ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment. Organizational skills are a must, as are basic math and computer skills.

Must be Fluent in reading/writing/speaking English
Previous call-center experience preferred
